As Director, you will be responsible for project pitch, execution and delivery. You will take part in leading, developing and growing P4A’s global access solutions working closely with members of senior management team and consulting colleagues.
You will be the main contact with the client and broader client team.
You will also actively be involved in business development activities to expand, strengthen our services, provide strategic input and mentor junior members.
This is a full time, permanent position based in our Central London office.
Who you are:
- Ambitious market access professional with overall 7+ years in pharmaceutical strategy consulting. Orphan drugs, cell and gene therapy and rare disease experience is a plus
- Core project lead experience and demonstrated ability to win new business will be key
- Strong research and analysis ability particularly in providing new approaches to research unusual or complex issues and able to draw experience from other contexts
- You will be a highly skilled communicator and persuasive presenter confidently leading complex client group discussions, advisory boards and war-games
