Exciting opportunity for a new or recent graduate to work for a growing specialist consulting organisation. Would suit a scientist (particularly life scientist) with an awareness of business and/or healthcare funding, or potentially a business graduate with an interest in healthcare.

Your key role and responsibilities will involve data analytics, secondary and primary research, supporting teams across the EU and US. You will be involved in interviewing key stakeholders, gathering and organizing information, analysing data and preparing reports to summarize findings.

The P4A team is a mix of talented young professionals and experienced senior staff and you will need to work seamlessly with staff at all levels to develop effective and pragmatic solutions for our clients. Teamwork is an essential part of the role and only candidates who champion a team-working ethic will be considered.

In order to effectively support our orphan drug clients you will need be able to think creatively and consistently deliver high quality.   This needs to be combined with strong analytical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written and visual).

Role Description:

As Director, you will be responsible for project pitch, execution and delivery. You will take part in leading, developing and growing P4A’s global access solutions working closely with members of senior management team and consulting colleagues.

You will be the main contact with the client and broader client team.

You will also actively be involved in business development activities to expand, strengthen our services, provide strategic input and mentor junior members.

This is a full time, permanent position based in our Central London office.

Who you are:

  • Ambitious market access professional with overall 7+ years in pharmaceutical strategy consulting. Orphan drugs, cell and gene therapy and rare disease experience is a plus
  • Core project lead experience and demonstrated ability to win new business will be key
  • Strong research and analysis ability particularly in providing new approaches to research unusual or complex issues and able to draw experience from other contexts
  • You will be a highly skilled communicator and persuasive presenter confidently leading complex client group discussions, advisory boards and war-games
