Role Description:

As Consultant, you will be responsible for project management and delivery of our core service offerings.

We specialize in conducting payer and KOL research to provide our clients with the insights and recommendations they need to develop the value strategy for their technologies and optimize revenues.

You will be instrumental in working with the Analyst team and Project Leads to project manage small and medium sized projects.

This is a full time, permanent position based in our main office in Central London with hybrid working.  Please note at P4A there is also an opportunity for remote working.

Who you are:

  • Results driven individual with track record in rare disease, cell and gene therapy
  • Ambitious market access professional with 2-3 years in pharmaceutical strategy consulting with 6-12 months project management experience
  • Strong background in research and analysis including understanding of orphan drug evaluation in EU5 countries, ability to guide Analysts and develop compelling methodology to address client needs
  • Good communicator, confidently presenting to small-medium sized client group discussions and advisory boards with senior support

Day to day roles and responsibilities:

  • Project Manager: As project manager, you will have responsibility for project quality and delivery.
    • Responsibility for project management of 2 – 3 small and medium sized projects with support from Project Lead
    • Provides research framework or strategy to ensure secondary research is accurate and comprehensive
    • Ability to develop a high-quality set of draft recommendations for team discussion and senior review
    • Ability to develop tools for complex internal discussions and to co-moderate client workshops working with senior team members
    • Engage with all stakeholder types to maximize insights from interviews
    • Ability to delegate responsibilities to Analysts
  • Client Management:
    • Management of project timeline and day-to-day communication with client
    • Ability to build relationships with immediate clients
    • Involvement in BD and proposal development demonstrating an increasing ability to lead on proposal development by designing a compelling methodology to address client needs
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Strong knowledge base in regulatory, pricing and reimbursement processes associated with orphan drugs in EU-4 and UK
    • Attend and moderate roundtables in conferences. Get involved in P4A webinars and podcasts as subject matter expert within a chosen topic area
    • Write articles, white papers, for P4A website / LinkedIn
    • Support marketing activities
  • Line management / professional development coaching experience desired but not essential
