Client Challenge

Our client was preparing to launch a product in a competitive marketplace and sought to leverage the support of active patient organizations to advocate for its need in HTA discussions with NICE

Conduct an analogue analysis based on previous HTA assessments to identify critical success factors that will enable patients / patient organisations to influence HTA decisions.

Discuss with the Patient Advocacy Group how they can engage with NICE, suggesting a variety of approaches.

Provide advance on approaches to achieve the desired outcomes and address questions from the Patient Advocacy Group as they arose including putting them in touch with suitable external (ex-NICE) advisors.
