Client Challenge

Our client was aiming to become a high-performance organization, to be better prepared for launching a new oncology product in Europe

We suggested the following actions:

  • The evaluation of current capabilities across functions
  • Identify areas for improvement

P4A Solution

P4A organized and moderated an initial workshop to assess current capabilities

We assessed internal and external perceptions of the company and specific teams, and align on future aspirations for ways of working (e.g., increasing efficiency, improving communication and feedback streams) P4A then issued an online questionnaire and conducted 1-1 interviews with team members to further understand the client’s capabilities and individual perceptions and aspirations

The Successful Outcome​

  • P4A developed a capability framework detailing various desired outcomes for the client, with areas for improvement and strategies to follow in order to achieve the desired outcomes
  • P4A conducted a final workshop with the client team to present our strategic recommendations, facilitate discussions on pragmatic short and long-term next steps and assign responsibilities to ensure accountability
